What is Join the Clicks?
Join the Clicks was developed by (frustrated) digital marketers. We found there were lots of tools to measure, and report on clicks - but there were no affordable solutions to manage real consumers.
Join the Clicks is a "Software as a Service" platform that picks up where web stats end, it captures interactions instead of clicks (e.g. register, email open, subscribe, enter, invite, and attend) for identifiable consumers.
This means Join the Clicks provides completely new insights as you follow individual consumers (and their interactions) from one campaign to the next. Offline interactions such as events , tradeshows (in fact anything) can also be included in a consumer's profile to provide a complete picture. Importantly, all this information can be used to reveal new insights and to create marketable segments of actual consumers.
Join the Clicks does not require a PhD to implement. In fact, the Join the Clicks API and web console automates a lot of the tasks involved in managing consumers (registrations, updates and lost passwords, subscriptions etc).
And finally, reporting. Join the Clicks provides real-time reporting for ANY activity that happens on your site or campaign. This means no more cobbling together reports for clients from multiple applications (sometimes weeks after the campaign has finished)
