Campaigns without the clutter

Campaigns are similiar to a dashboard within Join the Clicks. This is where you assemble and configure the functionality your site needs. Email, registrations, competitions - all of these elements come together in one easy to read screen.

Building your campaign is a matter of selecting an activity from the Activity Gallery and then stepping through a wizard to complete the configuration. Simple.

• Consumer Management

  Interact with consumers without having to create your own database. This activity manages the consumer data between your sites and Join the Clicks. Consumer Management automatically handles email authentication, secure password management, and campaign registration. Forgotten a password? With one API call, Join the Clicks resets the password and automatically sends an email with the new login details.

• Email

  A fully featured mass mailer, elegantly delivered in a simple wizard interface. More information on the Email Activity.

• Competitions

  Create simple or complex competitions within minutes. Multiple draws spanning anytime period, restrictions on how many times a consumer can win, or perhaps a game of skill or chance. All these options are easily managed within this activity.

• Custom Interactions

  There are so many ways to interact with your consumers both online and offline. The Custom Interaction module allows you to trigger and record actions via the API e.g. each time a sale is made or an online game is played. You can also bulk import say an invite list.

• Import

  If you have external systems, such as call centre or ecommerce, that you want to keep in sync with Join the Clicks, the import module will automatically accept a CSV as an email attachment and import on arrival.

• Export

  The opposite of Import.  If you need to keep other applications up to date the export module will extract consumer profiles based on your criteria (even how they were updated) and email a CSV on a scheduled  basis.
