Join the Clicks came about as a result of the frustration we had as digital marketers.
We were writing the same code over and over again, reporting was a chore, and there was no simple (cheap) method to follow consumers from one campaign to the next. Digital analytics tools focussed on clicks – not consumers – and as digital touch points increased consumer data was spread thinly over multiple applications.
So 2 years ago we decided to bite the bullet and build the application we would want to use. It had to be easy to implement, platform neutral and client friendly.
Now we have created a platform where you can Join the Clicks the learn more about your consumers. With your feedback and suggestions we look forward to continue making Join the Clicks easier, simpler and more insightful.

Glen Knowles
Co-founder
Glen’s digital career started with the advertising agency Saatchi & Saatchi (Sydney) back at the very start of the dot com era.
Over the years he has worked with some of the world’s leading brand including Lexus, Proctor & Gamble, Toyota, Olympus and Hilton. Glen was a Director of the agency for 6 years.
His passion for digital and data started very early. As a teenager he built his first computer using a soldering iron; And spent the first 15 years of his career in direct marketing in Australia and the USA. So when the web came along it was love at first site.
Joel Lipman
Co-founder
Joel’s passion for technology is driven by a desire to assist businesses transform. He often describes himself as a technology interpreter, helping businesses and technology to understand each other.
He has worked across a range of industries and consulting companies, including M&C Saatchi, Deloitte, Lion Nathan, Lexus and Toyota.
A geek at heart, he built his first computer game in Pascal on an Apple IIe, and realised very quickly that technology was going to pervade every aspect of our life. He also switched to Windows on a PC.
